Events include Maiko Show where you can see maiko up close. The latest event was held on March 3 for Hina Matsuri, Japanese traditional doll festival for girls. At Kyoto Kimono Rental Yumeyakata Oike Bettei (Chukyo-ku, Kyoto), Hina Matsuri event was held on March 3. Oike Bettei is a branch store of Yumeyakata and was made by remodeling machiya from the Meiji Era. They have a variety of cultural events there so that not only customers who rented a kimono, but everyone can enjoy their time at the machiya.
